Features

Improve WMS / WFS:
- Ensure the conformity of all WMS with eCH-0056 v4.0.1.
- Enable GetMetadata Request for WMS/WFS.
- Add <Attribution> with <Title> and <OnlineResource> to the capabilites of each layer. For now, the default values of the topic are being used.
Add an API data_agg/delegations for authorised users to query their own permissions regarding data integration and distribution. API data_agg/delegations.
Notify users upon changes regarding permissions to integrate and/or distribute data.

Other

Remove obsolete, static note regarding possible costs for data retrieval in the data retrieval form.
Improve security and stability.

We now get our font from Adobe Fonts. Some minor visual shortcomings sneaked in with the new font. We are working on fixing them.
